Korenda PHP Upgrade Plan Pre-order
Pre-order · not built yet

Get a PHP 8.4 upgrade plan for every client site

For freelancers and small agencies who look after client WordPress sites. You get a PDF for each site, under your logo. It says what to update, what to replace, and in what order.

Full refund any time before delivery. Automatic refund if it isn't delivered by 15 February 2027. Nothing renews automatically.

How it works

Three steps. Nothing on the site changes.

  1. Install the connector

Add a small plugin to each client site. It sends the PHP version, plugin and theme versions, and each one's "Requires PHP". It sends no content or user data.

  2. We check every plugin

We compare each plugin with its latest wordpress.org release. We also scan free wordpress.org code for PHP 8.4 problems.

  3. Send each client a plan

See which sites are ready or blocked. Download one PDF per client, with your logo and business name.

The problem

Support for old PHP is running out

Security fixes for PHP 8.1 ended on 31 December 2025. For PHP 8.2 they end on 31 December 2026. Source: php.net, Supported Versions.

Some hosts now charge a monthly fee to keep sites on old PHP.

You need to know which plugins hold a site back. Your client needs a reason to approve the work.

Scope

What version 1 will and will not do

v1 will

  • Ready or blocked. A PHP 8.4 status for every site.
  • Fix lists. Plugins to update first, and plugins with no PHP 8.4 release to replace.
  • PHP warnings. Plugins whose newest version needs a higher PHP version than the site runs.
  • Code scan. PHPCompatibility rules for PHP 8.4, run on wordpress.org code.

v1 will not

  • Run your site on PHP 8.4 or test it on staging.
  • Scan premium or custom plugin code. These are marked "not scanned: confirm with the vendor".
  • Change the PHP version or update plugins.

The scan can miss problems and flag false ones. Every plan ends with "test on staging before switching".

Founding offer

Three months for $49. Then you choose.

The $49 covers the first 3 months of the 25-site plan, from delivery. After that: $19/month for up to 25 sites, $49/month for up to 100, $99/month for up to 200. White-label PDFs are included in every plan.

Good fit: you look after 10 to 200 WordPress sites still on PHP 7.4 to 8.1.

Not a fit: you need a live PHP 8.4 test.

Questions

Does "ready" mean the site is safe to switch?

It means we found no blockers. The scan can miss problems, so always test on staging first.

What happens after the first 3 months?

Nothing, unless you choose to continue. We will never charge you automatically.
